This announcement solicitation will not be issued. constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Purchase Order: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemente d with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the intentions of Headquarters, US Army Intelligence and Security Command to enter into an award with Gans & Pugh Associates, Inc., on a sole source basis. Alternate item s will not be considered. The Purchase Request Number DASC0133205N349 (ZB 03-0349) is provided for identification purposes only. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 5065. The solicitation consists of the following:Clin 0001: G lenbrook Technology Model MXRA Package Scanner , 1 Each.
