- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F04605-03-T-0022 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. This is a 100% small business set-aside; NAICS code 334511 size standard of 750 employees. 1. 1 ea RTR-4N portable digital X-ray imaging system with integrated imager, consisting of the following components: 1. 49462-RTR-4N base kit w/2 batteries, charger, 50M cable, PCMCIA cable, operations manual, case 2. 50698-toughbook notebook computer w/software and goast disk set. 3. 50699-dvd/cdrw drive for toughbook computer 4. 49245-rtr-4ima integrated imager w/8x10 field of view. Includes ac to dc adapter to power imager 5. 50384-rtr4n xray source kit: includes golden engineering xr200 xray source, 110v battery charger, 2 batteries. 6. 35368-cable, imager to xray source (2) 1 ea. Part number 49305, rtr-4iw wireless rf option for the rtr-4n with integrated imager. Delivery will be to: March Air Reserve Base, California 92518 with a estimated delivery date of 30 Oct 03. NOTE: THIS IS AN END OF YEAR REQUIREMENT PENDING BUDGET APPROVE. Request that prices quoted will be valid through 30 September 2003. The following provisions and clauses applies to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – commercial items is required to be completed and submitted together with your quote, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.209-6, 52.219-6, 52.222-3, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-33, 52.233-3, 52.247-34, 52.253-1, 252.204-7003, 252.204-7004, 252.243-7001, 252.246-7000. The closing date for the request for quotation (RFQ) is 25 August 2003 at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Late quotations will not be accepted. Facsimile quotes will be accepted at (909) 655-3772. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which may or may not be considered. Effective 1 June 1998, all contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com.
