- R--PROFESSIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT, SOL BBGCON2503S5399. DUE AUGUST 18, 2003. POC Contracting Officer Barbara Sesky (202) 205-8597. Reference is hereby made to the combined synopsis/solicitation, posted on the FBO Website on August 1, 2003. This notice is considered Solicitation BBGCON2503S5399 Amendment Number 1. All the terms and conditions described in the original announcement remain the same, except for the following. (a) The solicitation is hereby amended to extend the deadline date for submission of proposals from 2:00 p.m., August 18, 2003 to 2:00 p.m. August 21, 2003. (b) The solicitation is further amended to indicate that offerors who have been determined by the IBB-VOA to be suitably qualified candidates for broadcasting in the contemporary radio format cited in this solicitation may be required to perform a live voice audition in person or via telephone based at least in part on written material in Urdu provided by the IBB-VOA.
