Description

Contractor shall furnish adequate and suitable labor and supervision to operate the DSCR Customer Contact Center, located at Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia. Requirement includes providing effective, economical and timely receipt of customer orders and responses to customer or vendor inquiries via telephone, facsimile, e-mail, and the Internet and USPS for the 24/7 daily operation of the DSCR Customer Contact Center. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR 8(a) FIRMS ONLY. The NAICS code is 561110 and the Small Business Standard is $6.0 million. The Government envisions a best value procurement to satisfy this requirement. It will not be awarded on the basis of cost alone. Award of a labor hours contract based on fixed labor rates is anticipated. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dal.mil sometime after September 15, 2003.
