Description: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) intends to issue a sole Source purchase order to Dynamic Aviation located in Bridgewater, VA for lease of aircraft with pilots, vaccine delivery machinery and flight engineers (mechanics) under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 and 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(2).
