Description

Janitorial Services four days a week at the National Weather Service Forecast Office, N3533 Hardscrabble Road, Dousman, WI 53118, for the base period 10/01/2003 through 09/30/2004 with two 12-month option periods. The building is approximately 5,000 square feet. The contractor shall furnish all cleaning products and equipment. The contractor shall also furnish handsoap, dishsoap, paper towels, toilet tissue, deodorant cakes and trash bags throughout the building. The cleaning schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Contact the Meteorologist-in-Charge at telephone 414-297-3243 to arrange a site visit. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, and is being executed under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. The NAICS code is 561720. The small business size standard is $14.0 million. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) bid package will be issued on or about 08/25/2003. Quotes due 09/08/2003. RFQ Number WC133W-04-RQ-0006 may be obtained by written request only to Margaret R. House, fax number 816-426-7530, at the contracting office address. Telephone requests will not be honored. An award decision, based upon past performance and price, is anticipated on or before 09/20/2003. The Central Administrative Support Center Acquisition Management Division requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system. The CCR may be accessed at the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov/ . In order to register with the CCR and to be eligible to receive and award from this procurement activity, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number.
