- Description
- The National Nuclear Security Administration Service Center, intends to solicit the services of Burge Environmental, on a sole source basis. Burge Environmental will sample, calibrate and analyze two universal sampling/analytical platforms for the deployment of Cr (VI) and Tc-99 sensing systems with the platform at the Nevada Test Site. Burge Environmental is the developer of the initial platfrom, and holds the patent for this equipment. The proposed actions is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.301-2, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
