- Description
- Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide janitorial services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic located at 418 Colegate Drive, Marietta, Ohio. The services to be provided are for an approximately 6,000 square foot facility including office and medical clinic space. This solicitation is being issued under FAR Part 12 and 15 procedures and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded for the base year, 10/1/03 through 9/30/04 with four (4) one year renewal options. Solicitation will be posted and be available o/a 9/2/03.
