- Description
- The VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center (90C), is seeking sources that can provide the ThinPrep 2000 Processor to perform pap tests. Cytyc Corporation currently provides the ThinPrep 2000 Processor. This is a requirement of the VA Medical Center, Lexington, KY. All sources should be capable of delivering the ThinPrep 2000 to the VA Medical Center, Lexington, KY within 3 weeks of order placement. All sources should also be capable of providing training for this instrument to one cytotechnologist and one pathologist at the discretion of the VA Medical Center, Lexington, KY. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST ONLY. This is NOT a Request for Quotation. Responsible sources interested in this procurement shall submit, on their company letterhead, a statement which contains clear and convincing information identifying their capabilities regarding supply of this instrument and the described training to Pam Dodd via fax 615-867-5429 NO LATER THAN 08/18/2003 01:00 PM US/Central time.
