NA The previous notice for this acquisition is hereby amended to change the tentative date for solicitation release. The TENTATIVE date for issuance of the RFP is changed to 5 September 2003. The TENTATIVE date for receipt of proposals is changed to 5 Octob er 2003. All other information within the original notice remains unchanged.
