- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue contractual actions with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) on a sole source basis for services and support of Block I Upgrade activities for MH-60 aircraft. Under the proposed contract actions SAC will complete design, integration, and production activities for the MH-60 Block I upgrade program, including integrated logistics support analysis, software support, delivery of data, and production efforts. As the sole manufacturer and developer of the MH-60 air vehicle SAC is the only source with the technical data and experience necessary to perform this effort in a timely and cost effective manner. Due to limitations on the Government?s rights in data a data package sufficient for the competition of this requirement is not available.
