- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a commercial repair of rifle scopes prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WIL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation M67004-03-Q-0051 incorporates provisions in effect through Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13 and Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. FOB Destination. Delivery is to be 45 days after receipt of order. National Stock (NSN) 1240-01-123-4730, Part Number MST-100, Quantity 21 Each of which 8 Each are to be converted to National Stock Number (NSN) 1240-01-379-5837, Part Number MST-150 and the remainder are to be refurbished and shipped to MCLB, Albany, GA; .
