- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and the written solicitation is attached. The NAICS code is 541990 and the size standard is $6.0 million. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. The Bureau of Public Debt for Inter-American Foundation has a requirement for an Agroecological Evaluation Study in Guatemala. Please see the solicitation attached for a complete description of the services being procured. Offers must be received at the Bureau of Public Debt, 200 Third Street, UNB 4th Floor, Parkersburg, WV 26101 by September 3, 2003, no later than 2:00 P.M. EDT.
