- Description
- The General Services Administration, Special Services Division will contract to provide services to perform P.M. on Government-Owned Fire Alarm Equipment for a period of (1) year starting in October 2003 through September 30th, 2004. The buildings and locations are: J.E. Hoover, 935 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW; Main Justice, 9th & Constitution Avenue, NW; U.S. Courthouse, Constitution Avenue & John Marshall Place, NW; and Building 320 First Street NW, Washington, DC. The service will consist of Quarterly and Annual PM. The estimated dates for the site inspections/walk-through are scheduled for September 16th and17th, 2003. Due to Security ONLY (1) Representative per company is allowed to attend. All interested parties must fax the individual Name, DOB, SS#, and Driver License No., NO LATER THAN September 5th, 2003 to the attention of Kathy White, Contract Specialist at (301) 436-5672. See SOL for more information. THIS ACQUISITION IS RESTRICTED TO VENDORS LOCATED IN THE LOCAL COMMUTING AREA OF THE WASHINGTON, DC METROPOLITAN AREA. This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside, Firm Fixed Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561621, Business Size $10.5 million.
