This announcement constitutes the only Request For Quotation. No written RFQ will be issued. Award shall be made in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. Basis of Award: The Government will award a purchase order to the contractor Offering the best overall value to the Government, price and other factors will Be considered. Instructions to Offorers-Commercial applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. Provision 52.212-2, evaluation of - Commercial Items, the evaluation criteria to be used will be included in paragraph (a).(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) price, Technical Specifications, Past Performance; (2) Tech and Past performance is equal to price. The government will select the offer that is most advantageous to the government based on these factors that offering the best overall value to the Government. Evaluation of past performance does not require an existence of a formal database, but may be determined by information as the Contracting Officers knowledge, previous work experience, customer surveys, etc. The North American Industry Classification for this requirement is 337127, Equal Offers: Requires sufficient product description data or specification sheets to allow users to evaluate the "equal". Offerors shall also fax "equal" product information with quote. Interested/capable Offerors must be registered and provide their Central Contract Registration (CCR) number along with their Cage Code Number and Quote in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004.
