Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work in accordance with the drawings, specified herein, to fully complete the project titled Repair Commando Hangar 90816, Phase I, and make operational. Work included but not limited to demolition and installation of new gypsum wallboard, acoustical tile ceiling, standing seam metal roof and roof deck, plumbing, HVAC and electrical power, lighting, COMM and LAN systems. Sitework and other incidental work may be necessary to make the facility operational. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the contract documents. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a “straddle bid”. Funding is expected to be available for award in FY 03, or first quarter of FY04.
