Description

It is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning to provide and secure labor and material to paint and repair Quarters 601, 747, 759, 765 and 810 for change of occupancy, complete and ready for use. The work includes general maintenance work, interior painting, exterior painting, carpet and pad replacement, plumbing, grass cutting, Quarters 765 will require lead abatement of base boards and porch which will be replaced. The time for completion is 70 calendar days. The cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. The Sic code for this project is 238990. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD FREE OF CHARGE VIA THE INTERNET WORLD WIDE WEB AT http://esol.navfac.navy.mil (website). Hard copies (paper sets) of CD-ROM of solicitation WILL NOT be provided by the Government. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. The official plan holders list will be maintained on and can be printed from the website.--Plan holders lists WILL NOT be faxed and will only be available from the website. NOTIFICATION OF ANY CHANGES (AMENDMENTS) TO THE SOLICITATION WILL BE MADE ONLY ON THE INTERNET.--IT WILL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR ANY POSTED CHANGES.
