Description

ISSUANCE DATE: August 15, 2003. CLOSING DATE: September 5, 2003, AT 16:00 CET. Ladies/Gentlemen: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications (on Standard Form 171 or Optional Form 612) from U.S. citizens and resident aliens interested in providing two years PSC services as Program Office and Special Initiative Coordinator at USAID/Bulgaria in Sofia, as described in attached solicitation. Submittals shall be in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified. Applications should include a letter outlining experience and qualifications, which correspond to the listed criteria and references with contact information. Applicants should retain for their records copies of all enclosures which accompany their applications. Application forms, U.S. Government Standard Form (SF) 171 or Optional Form (OP) 612, can be located at: http://www.usaid.gov/procurement_bus_opp/procurement/psc_solicit/forms.html. Please send your application and one set of U.S. Government SF 171 or OP 612; Incomplete or unsigned applications shall not be considered. Applicants must state availability in the application or covering letter. The selected candidate will need to obtain a medical and security clearances prior to service overseas.
