- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 624221 size standard is $6M employees. The following is intended to be purchased for the Government: 40-foot x 60-foot frame style tent with side sections. Tent must be certified for wind loading (60-70 mph) and wind weights with 2 doors, 1 at each end. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr2000.com. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Item. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision with their quotation. The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in ful l text. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price an d other factors considered.
