Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to repair concrete platform at USCG Station Hatteras Inlet, Hatteras, NC. Major work items include: Replace damaged concrete floor slab; Repair all concrete spalling and cracking of the support platform columns, soffits and beams; repair concrete threshold by epoxy injection; replace broken brick and re-point mortar joints; re-coat brick ledge angle; Repair concrete columns at overhead doors by epoxy injection; Repair roofing; and, provide and install weather hood vents. This procurement is estimated between $250K and $500K. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 238140. Completion time is 120 DANTP. The tentative evaluation factors are price, past performance and contractor/employee capablilty. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.
