- Description
- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1680-00-587-2143, LTC03182012879, Glare Shield Assembly, Aircraft, in accordance with Northrop Grumman Corp., Cage: 26512, P/N A51A10174-19. Other sources are listed on the AID is Grumman St Augustine Corp., Cage: 61174 and The Conrad Company Cage: 22539. This requirement for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four (4) option years. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have a Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Proposals will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (58 each for the base year and 32 for each of the four option years. Award will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation with delivery and price being more important. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway. The anticipated issue date is September 4, 2003. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies with price and delivery being equal.
