- Description
- Furnish new durable medical equipment (DME), provide pick-up and delivery services, clean and/or repair Government owned equipment and provide storage facilities for equipment for the VA Outpatient Clinic in Ft. Myers, Florida. Successful bidder must be a JCAHO accredited durable medical equipment provider. This procurement is issued subject to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5 test program as a commercial item service and will be issued on/or about August 19, 2003 with the offer due on/or about September 15, 2003. The contract period will be from October 1, 2003 to September 30, 2004 with four option year. NAIC is 621999. This is a total small business set aside. . The solicitation will be available for download at no charge o/a July 31, 2003, via the VA Business Opportunities System web site at http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm.. Solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, and no hard copies will be provided by the VA. Contractors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments which will be posted to this website. All offers must be returned to the address located in block 9 or 15 of Standard Form 1449. Offers submitted must have an original signature by an individual authorized to bind the company. Electronic offers will not be accepted.
