- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. Solicitation number F41614-03-T-0065 is hereby issued as a request for quotation. Responses/offers are due by 26 August 2003. Please visit www.eps.gov and register to automatically receive procurement notification from EPS. The system will inform you, via email, when there has been activity on EPS concerning this solicitation. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractors Registration at: www.ccr.gov. The acquisition is set aside for small businesses only with a NAICS Code: 442110, not to exceed $6 million. Requirement is for Contractor to provide podiums. 0200 ? FURNITURE, OFFICE. 18 ea - LECTERN - PODIUM PRO SERIES 2000S. 25" X 23" X 47", TWO CASTERS, OAK VENEER W/OAK MOLDING BLACK LAMINATE READING SURFACE, HOLES FOR CORDS MEDIUM OAK FINISH. MFG: ESKP LECTERNS, MFG P/N: 2000S or EQUAL. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote without discussions. Evaluation will be based on price. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and are to remain in full force in any resultant Purchase Order: FAR clause 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, is incorporated by reference. FAR clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (July 2003) is incorporated by reference.
