Description

NA This procurement was first posted on GSA Advantage under Special Identification Number (SIN) 871-4 and has been closed out. Now this requirement is being posted on a full and open basis to Fed Biz Ops. Cargo and Billing system (CAB) supports MTMC's non-core cargo handling and payment billing functions. In conjunction with the Transportation Financial Management System MTMC (TFMS-M), the CAB system enables MTMC to accurately bill Defense Transportation System (DTS) customers and pay commercial transportation providers for services rendered in the movement of Department of Defense (DoD) surface cargo. CAB uses a relational database structure to store the reference and transactional data necessary for operation. This procurement is for Independent Verification and Validation Support Services for the Cargo and Billing System (CAB). The award will be a fixed price contract. The period of performance is 6 months from the date of award.
