Description

NA The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement for Telecommunication System Maintenance Services (Non-personal) for the period of one year, beginning 1 Oct 03, with renewal options for the next four years. This requirement is contingent up on the availability of funds for the base period and each option period. Only AVAYA business partners having access to AVAYA Help Desk & tier 3 level technical support with the capability to cover the required locations within South Dakota are being solici ted for this maintenance service. AVAYA equipment to be maintained is located in/near Sioux Falls, Rapid City, Sturgis, Mitchell, Huron, Watertown, and Brookings, SD, at a total of nine SDARNG locations. The Contractor shall provide maintenance services fo r Definty G3r & G3s switch related components including automated attendant and Intuity AUDIX. The requirement for routine maintenance service is being procured as a firm fixed price contract and the other than routine maintenance service is being procured as Time & Materials under FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This requirement is being advertised as unrestricted. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 811213 and the applicable small business size standard, in cluding affiliates, is no more than $6.0 million average revenue for three previous years. Request for quotation shall be available o/a 20 August 2003 at sdguard.ngb.army.mil/contracting.
