This requirement is for PRON: AX3F0370AX Window Assy, Gunners Fwd, NSN: 1560-01-223-3182, P/N: 70216-02401-052, Quantity: 81 each, applicable to the UH-60 AIrframe. Destination with deliv ery to Corpus Christi, TX. When First Article is applicable, required delivery is 41 each, 315 Days After Contract Award, and 40 Subsequent Monthly Quantity until contract completion. When First Article is not applicable, required delivery is 41 each, 21 0 Days After Contract Award, and 40 Subsequent Monthly Quantity until contract completion. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has unlimited rights to the technical data, and the data package is complete, and there are no technical da ta , engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES W ITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. By US Law participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to US Small Business; therefore, foreign requests for solicitation will not be honored.
