- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex has a requirement for technical services to Acid Clean and perform Shell Hydro on Distilling Units manufactured by Riley-Beaird, Inc. Units are onboard a Naval Vessel, located aT Norfolk Naval Shipyard. This requirement will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition procedures as set forth in FAR Part 13. Award to be FOB: Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Closing date for receipt of offers is 18 September 2003.
