- Description
- The Government is requesting proposals for the purpose of selling the natural gas utility system located on Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (AFB). Concurrent with the sale of the utility system the Government will acquire natural gas distribution service. The sale of the utility system and the acquisition of utility services are both subject to terms and conditions provided in this request for proposal. The Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) is the sole point of contact for this acquisition.
