- The following clarifications and additions are hereby made a part of the subject solicitation: Allowances The allowances for Rock Excavation - $25,000, Dirt Import/Export - $25,000, and Miscellaneous Contract Expenses - $20,000 are to be included in the total price on page 1, Offer and Award - Fixed Price Construction. Schedule of Values Add line items at the bottom of page 1 of the Schedule of Values for the allowances: Rock Excavation - $25,000, Dirt Import/Export - $25,000 and Miscellaneous Contract Expenses - $30,000. Include these allowances in the Subtotal and Total on page 2 of the Schedule of Values.
