- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 6,325 rentable square feet yielding 5,500 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida within the following delineated area: South: Miramar Parkway from Dykes Road to I-75 then, North on I-75 to Sheridan Street to SW 136 Avenue (Holatee Trail); East: SW 136 Avenue (Holatee Trail)/NW 136 Avenue; North: I-595 from Weston Road to I-75 then, North on I-75 to NW 12 Street; West: Weston Road/Dykes Road. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Thirteen covered and reserved parking spaces within one block are required. Space must be ready for occupancy by July 1, 2004 or sooner. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
