Description: The Contractor shall provide full service maintenance coverage on one Kohler, two Cummins and three Caterpiller generating systems and associated switchgear. All equipment is to be 100% functioning at all times. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, test and repair equipment, tools, replacement parts, travel costs, including transportation and lodging, necessary to provide maintenance, testing and repair service to the equipment listed. This service shall provide a level of maintenance by qualified and well-trained technicians to ensure maximum reliability and maximum operating efficiency of the equipment. This contract covers preventive maintenance and remedial maintenance for equipment located in the main IRS building, 1160 West 1200 South, Ogden, UT 84201.
