- nsn 1005-01-351-7399; Bolt, Breech; Purchase i/a/w General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products (05606) P/N 1395AS1099; Quantity required: 148 pieces; deliver 50 pieces to the depot at Tracy CA, 67 pieces to the depot at Cherry Point NC and 31 pieces to the depot at Norfolk VA, F.O.B. Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin to "tailored" ISO 9002; This solicitation will be available on its issue date of 04 Sept. 2003 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp; Hard copy solicitations will not be furnished; Specifications, plans or drawings are not available: This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data. Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1); Approved source is General Dynamics Armanment and Technical Products (05606); A 100% quantity option will be included in the solicitation; Best value (ABVS)to the Government will be an award evaluation factor; This is an unrestricted acquisition.
