This is RPG 03225000616, NSN 5120-01-052-5642, Hydraulic End Puller, Cage 0PFG7 P/N being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304 ?(1). Note 22 applies-Sole Source (FAR 6.302) Unrestricted. This item is for an Firm Fixed Price Contract with a 100% quantity option. FOB Destination, Inspection /Acceptance Destination. Requested delivery is 85 DARO. Solicitation will be available for issue on or about 5 September, 2003 and close on or about 6 October, 2003. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
