**** ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE ELECTRONICALLY in FEDBIZOPPS is September 3, 2003 *** For additional information please contact Rosemary Houser at (503) 854-4203. ESTIMATED START WORK DATE is October 1, 2003. Contract performance time is one year with two additional option years. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services herein. The contractor will be required to provide janitorial and related services in accordance with the requirements of this solicitiation. Project is on the U.S. Forest Service Administrative site, Detroit Ranger Station and Visitor Information Center, Detroit Oregon, Marion County.
