Description

PRESOLICITATION OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION FOR MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING MAINTENANCE FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT, ALTUS AFB, OK A military family housing maintenance, firm fixed price contract will be awarded from the solicitation resulting from this presolicitation notice. THE PERFORMANCE PERIOD IS CHANGED FROM one (1), Twelve (12) month Basic period with the government?s right to exercise either a three (3) month or six (6) month option period for a total duration that will not exceed thirty-six (36) months, TO; ONE (1) ELEVEN (11) MONTH BASIC PERIOD WITH EIGHT (8), SIX (6) MONTH OPTION PERIODS. THE POSTING DATE CHANGED FROM 2 June 2003 TO 19 August 2003 AND THE CLOSING DATE CHANGED FROM 2 July 2003 TO 19 September 2003.
