- Services non-personal: Provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, supervision, and any other items and services necessary to clear 12 miles of Keesler AFB, MS? Utility Right-of-Way. Work is to be performed in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The period of performance is forty-five (45) calendar days from date of award. Anticipated award date is 17 Sep 2003. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency. Request for Quote (RFQ)/Solicitation was initially issued as a HUBZone set-aside on 16 Jul 03, and is amended to be 100% set aside for Small Businesses (NAICS 561730/SIC 0782 ? $6 Mil threshold). RFQ, all attachments, and RFQ Amendments will be electronically issued and may be accessed and downloaded at the following web address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors unable to access this address may contact the Contract Specialist for instructions. This RFQ is issued under Commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and award will be made in the form of a firm fixed price purchase order (PO).
