Description

Request for Information Only The government is seeking sources to perform facilities maintenance services for AFRL HQ buildings at Wright-Patterson AFB OH. The government is considering awarding one or more BPA(s) to GSA Schedule holder(s) who can provide these services on an as required basis. As an example, one day our tasks may require the technical skills of an electrician, another day may require minimal skills to do an inventory, and yet another day our tasks may require labor to disassemble furniture. The contractor performing these tasks will be required to provide the necessary skills, equipment or tools as needed. Preference will be given to Small Businesses. Current estimate is 400 hours per year. Due to the requirements and timing of support that will be required, a collateral security clearance is required for the support contractor. The contractor shall be capable of working unescorted within the HQs buildings at any hour. We are not specifying a particular schedule or SIN as all encompassing.
