Description: NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army has a requirement to provide storage sheds for Government owned housing located at Natick, Wayland and Needham MA to include removal and disposal of existing sheds. Offerors shal l submit the following: 1. Price for the following CLIN's: 0001 - Supply and install 15 sheds located at Government housing in Natick, MA, to include removal and disposal of existing sheds. 0002- Supply and install a total of 23 sheds located at Government housing located at Needham and Wayland , to include removal and disposal of existing sheds. 2. Past performance information shall be submitted identifying company names, point of contact and current telephone numbers for all similar types of work in the past two years. 3. Completed copy of the provision for Representations and Certifications of FAR 52.212-3. The following FAR clauses are incorporated: 52.212-1, 52.212-2,52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.236-27 Alt 1, 52.211-10, 52.243-12, 252.201-7000, 252.212-7001. A site visit will be held on 27 August 2003 at 9:00 AM. All parties are to meet in the lobby of Building 1 , Kansas Street, Natick, MA 01760. The Statement of Work will be available at the site visit. This procurement is set aside 100 per cent for small business. The NAICS code is 321992. FOB - Destination Delivery date - 30 calendar days after contract award .
