- NA The Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO), Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii has a requirement for the transportation of infectious waste, requiring pick-up and delivery as follows: 1. Pick-up at U.S. Army Health Clinic, Schofield Barracks M edical Laboratory, Bldg. 684, 2nd floor (1-20 Gal Sharps containers) 50 max per pick up to include red Bio-hazardous bags up to 20 lbs. Pick-up will be every week on Thursdays, 100% of the time unless it is a holiday, or manifest is not completed. 2. Deli very of to TAMC, 2a loading dock, retort area Tripler Army Medical Center (1-20 Gal Sharps containers) 50 max per pick up to include red Bio-hazardous bags up to 20 lbs. Pick-up will be every week on Thursdays, 100% of the time unless it is a holiday, or m anifest is not completed. 3. Pick-up at Fort Shafter Vet Clinic, Bldg. 435, Fort Shafter, HI (1-20 Gal Sharps containers) 50 max per pick up to include red Bio-hazardous bags up to 20 lbs. On call up to once every 3 weeks. 4. Delivery to TAMC, 2a loading dock, retort area Tripler Army Medical Center (1-20 Gal Sharps containers) 50 max per pick up to include red Bio-hazardous bags up to 20 lbs. On call up to once every 3 weeks. 5. Pick-up at Veterinary Clinic, Bldg. 1864, Hickam Airforce Base, HI (1-20 Gal Sharps containers) 50 max per pick up to include red Bio-hazardous bags up to 20 lbs. On call up to once every 3 weeks. 4. Delivery to TAMC, 2a loading dock, retort area Tripler Army Medical Center (1-20 Gal Sharps containers) 50 max per pick up to inclu de red Bio-hazardous bags up to 20 lbs. On call up to once every 3 weeks. Note: 1. Contractor must be certified to transport regulated medical waste. 2. Proof of certification must be submitted at time of proposal. 3. Transport must comply with all Fe deral, State of Hawaii, and City and County of Honolulu regulations. PRCO anticipates an award of a firm fixed-price contract resulting from the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation will be evaluated based on technical capabilities (see Statemen t of Work in RFQ and provide the appropriate documentation pertaining to the requirement. The anticipated period of performance will be 01 Oct 03 - 30 Sep 04 with four one-year options through 30 Sep 08. The NAICS code is 562112 and size standard is $10. 5 million. The FSC code is Q999.
