- Description
- This is a Source Selection Best Value solicitation to provide demolition and removal, site work, provisions for Two Single Story Armories consisting of cast-in-place, reinforced concrete exterior walls, roof decking, floor slabs and spread footings, exterior wall shall have brick veneer as part of an insulated cavity wall, two-ply modified bituminous membrane roofing over rigid roof insulations, attached steel framed canopies with two-ply modified bituminous membrane roofing over rigid roof insulation and metal decking, sheet metal flashing, gutters and downspouts, exterior weapon cleaning tables, steel framed issue ports in exterior walls, hollow metal doors and frames, Class 5 Vault doors, interior wire mesh partitions, interior finishes, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and incidental related work. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, engineering, materials, tools, parts, supplies and transportation to perform all work described in the specifications. The approximate Solicitation Release Date is 03 September 2003. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format via the Internet.
