- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue an other than full and competitive (sole source) award to Lockheed Martin Federal Systems, Niagara Operations, Buffalo, NY, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is in accordance with a Statement of Work that describes the testing and repair of Printed Circuit Cards (PCC) and components of various BGM-3 and BGM-5 Gravity Meter Systems (with accelerometer based sensor technology) manufactured by Bell Aerospace/Lockheed Martin. The resulting contract will be a Time and Materials (T&M) type, beginning from date of award for a period of one (1) year, estimated not to exceed $50,000 with one additional option year not to exceed $50,000. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
