- Description
- The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for repair and alteration projects at various USPS-owned and leased facilities located in two (2) areas within the Nevada Sierra District. NORTHERN NEVADA/CA to include Northern NV (North of Highway 6) and California Counties: Lassen, Modoc, and Portions of El Dorado, Placer, and Sierra. SOUTHERN NEVADA to include Southern, NV (South of Highway 6). Contract term will be two years with 3-1 year options. The initial contract amount is $250,000 and may be increased in increments of $250,000 to an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 over the period of the contract. Quantity of work ordered will not be less than $10,000.00. Offerors are required to submit a single multiplier to be applied to unit prices to determine the value of each work order issued. The multiplier must contain the offeror's overhead, profit, bonds, insurance and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. Multiple contract awards may result from this solicitation. The minority subcontracting goal for this contract(s) is 11% and female participation is 6%. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposals information will remain confidential until award. Performance and payment bonds and evidence of current State of Nevada/California contractor license in the name of the offeror/contractor or principal of the firm must be received within ten days after receipt of intent-to-award letter.
