Description

Request for Proposal (RFP) Commercial Item Contract, NAICS Code 238220, Size Standard $12M. Provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform Operation and Maintenance Services at the F.C. Murphy Federal Records Center, 380 Trapelo Road, Waltham, MA. 02154. Services to be contracted include janitorial. landscaping, trash, fire protection, mechanical, and maintenance. Contract Base Period is from May 01, 2003 to April 30, 2004 with four (4) tweleve month options. This soliciation is being procured using the Simplified Acqusition Procedures. This solicitation is 100% HUBZone set aside. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-JAN-2003).
