Description

This is a correction of the previous Pre-Solicitation notice posted 01/23/2003. The Classification Code is corrected to read: M. The Code Description is corrected to read: Operation of Government-owned facilities. The Description of the procurement is corrected to read as follows: This is a performance based re-procurement utilizing Commercial Item Procedures for the purchase of Janitorial and Mechanical Maintenances Services at the F.C. Murphy Federal Records Center located at 380 Trapelo Road, in Waltham, MA. This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Hub Zone Small Business Concerns. The above solicitation will be issued on 4/11/2003. Deadline for receipt of proposals is 05/12/2003, NAICS Code 238330, and a Size Standard of $12Million apply. A pre-proposal conference is tentatively scheduled for 04/25/2003. The period of performance is 12 months with (4) 1 year options. Anticipated start date for the base contract is 07/01/2003. The complete solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps on 04/11/2003. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-MAR-2003).
