- Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to remove all road striping tape, crosswalk bar tape and other misc. taped area on the following roads and streets located at the Defense Supply Center Richmond and the new painting of road striping, crosswalks and misc. hatched areas on "G" Road, "H" Road, "L" road, Bellwood Farms Road, 3rd Street, 4th Street, 5th Street, and 8th Street. All work shall be accomplished on the week-ends only, due to traffic and parking in areas of work. Removal of traffic striping tape, or paint and application of new paint is to be accomplished with the Virginia Department of Transportation specifications or standards or approval of the Facilities Engineering Division. Contractor shall abide by all OSHA and Center Safety Regulations. All work shall be coordinated with Facilities Engineering Division: (POC: John Ellis, 804-279-4592, or Bill Youmans, 804-279-4694). Contractor shall visit job site to verify all measurements and conditions. Please contact, John Ellis or Bill Youmans to schedule a site visit. It is anticipated a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. The NAICS code is 237310. The Small Business Standard is $28.5 million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The project completion dates is estimated 10 weekends after the effective date of the notice to proceed. The project is estimated between $25,000.00 to $100,000.00.
