Description
Under authority of U.S.C. 253?(1), FAR 6.302-1, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Bethesda, Maryland intends to procure from Bruker Daltonics Inc., 40 Manning Road, Billerica, MA 01821, for an Omniflex Bench-top MALDI-TOF MS and High resolution/RSD option and accessories. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334516, and the business size is 500 employees. This system shall include, but not be limited to, and meet or exceed the following performance characteristics, features, and pertain to the following components: (1) This system shall be able to set up carbohydrate analysis routine of intermediate and final product analysis during synthesis; (2) shall be compatiable with existing apparatus in lab; (3) shall have linear time-of-flight mass analyzer with positive and negative detection; (4) Shall have high sentivity faxt MCP detector system with detector housing; (5) inegrated vacuum system and electronics with compact Bench-top footprint; (6) easy to use GUI for simple mouse control; (7) Automatic vacuum lock for sample target introduction; (8) computer controlled UV Laser (N2 @ 337 nm); (9) 4 exchangeable targets (2x100 position); (10) the system shall be a pumping system including vacuum measurement and control unit; (11) data system and software (12) video camera capture card for on-screen display of target spot; (13) addition of gredless electrocstatic reflectron and control electronics, includes second detector with high speed dual MCP tech; (14) starter kit; (15) 49 posistion target; and (16) factory TOF training course. Concerns that respond to this synopsis shall furnish concise responses directed specifically to the requirements mentioned above and are invited to submit capability statements in an ORIGINAL PLUS TWO (2) no later than fifteen (15) business days from the date of this announcement. Written responses shall include complete description of the equipment to be provided, containing sufficient technical information to permit agency analysis to establish a bona fide capability to meet the stated requirements as listed above.
