Description

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. The solicitation number for this procurement is F29605-03-Q-0071 and is issued as a request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333120; size standard 750 employees. This procurement is a Brand Name Acquisition and a 100% total small business set aside. The 27th Contracting Squadron, Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico is requesting quotation for a Crafco Magnum Spray Injection Patcher, trailer mounted. Part No. 91000. Unit is to include: crack filling attachment, 1 each; arrow board with controller, 1 each; electric throttle, 1 each; tailgate auger assembly, 1 each; 2 day on site training class, 1 each. Shipment will be made to 27 CE/CEOHH, 506 N DL Ingram Blvd, Cannon AFB, NM 88103.
