Description
Defense Information Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue a firm-fixed price GSA schedule Task Order consisting of a 12-month base period with one/two 12-month option periods for technical support services of the Contracting Officer's Representatives Administrative System (CORAS) software. The proposed GSA contractor is Ingenium Corporation, 9200 Basil Court, Suite 400, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774. Ingenium Corporation is the developer of this software. CORAS is a highly specialized management information system containing/tracking information on critical hardware and software assets and maintenance requirements for Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). This system is capable of: 1) daily download of approximately 9500 hardware maintenance records to the Trouble Management System include for each hardware equipment item, the serial number, bar code, Manufacturer, Model, the hardware maintenance contract number, the vendor name, and the vendor help desk telephone number; 2) daily download of financial data related to the centralized purchase card awards for all DISA Computing Services sites to the standard accounting system, FAMIS and 3) processing acquisitions to DITCO, providing TMS information, reconciling contract and inventory data, and providing seamless DISA Computing Services asset life cycle support. The required services include systems administration, database administration, Help Desk staffing, User Guide development and maintenance, and software maintenance of the existing application and developing code for new modifications to the existing application. Support of this software will require highly specialized skills in ASP.Net, Comm+, VB Script, Java Script/Basic, Visual Basic, ISA 2000, Sequel Server 2000 and Windows 2000 which is the technical environment of CORAS. .The base year period of performance is 1 October 2003 through 30 September 2004 and the place of performance is DISA Computing Services in Chambersburg, PA. This acquisition is reserved for Small Disadvantaged Businesses holding valid GSA schedules for NAICS: 541519. Any responsible source capable of providing this highly specialized technical support must respond with an offer to this synopsis by 10:00 a.m., Central Time on 26 August 2003.
