Description: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS),Veterinary Services (VS), Austin, TX, intends to issue a sole source purchase order with Fisher Scientific for a Smart Cycler II System. The proposed contract action is for a product for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one unique source under the authority or FAR 6.302.
