- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the Contracting Office, Offutt AFB, NE 68113-2107 prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is in support of USSTRATCOM for Mercury Interactive Copr Software Renewal for FY 04. NOTE: this is an UNFUNDED FY04 requirement. Award CANNOT occur any earlier than 1 October 2003. Period of Performance for the renewal is 1 October 2003 - 30 September 2004. The solicitation reference number is F6HXOY31960200.
